I trained with Cordell for a handful of years and he was the best hitting coach I’ve ever trained with. Cordell has a strong understanding of both sides of the ball and gives extremely precise advice to help develop a fundamental understanding of how players should move, progress, and stay healthy. The moment you walk into the faculty you immediately realize how different the environment is from other places. The place just has an amazing energy at all times and is filled with devoted athletes who really care about bettering themselves and others. I’ve seen some really extraordinary players come through this facility and really can’t recommend this place enough.

NBP has a great "grinder" vibe. Guys in their just trying things out, tinkering with mechanics, and getting better at baseball. Lost of tech, lots of space, and great coaches.

Cordell and Toly have transformed my players swings and I can't wait to watch them rake this season! They bring the energy and passion for the game every day, simplify the complex and get results! The Natural Ballplayer has been such a great experience for me the last 7 months. The facility itself is TOP of the line with all the equipment and technology you could think of. But the atmosphere is what I like most. You feel like you’re coming home at the Natural Ballplayer. The room is very inviting and everyone there wants you to get better and will help you in any way they can. I totally recommend checking it out.

Great facility with plenty of room for athletes, especially baseball/softball, and top of the line equipment. Staff is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Love that they have flexible setup options for larger groups and also a lounge space for family members who are not actively training. Highly recommend.

My son has been going to Natural Ballplayer for 2.5 years. He is 12 years old and a multi-sport athlete. He has floated around other baseball gyms in the area, but we landed here and haven't looked back. Cordell and the team are unbelievable. They are the best technical baseball coaches in the area and seeing the improvement in my child since he started has been amazing. However, it is not just the skill improvement I have noticed. The way they explain it to kids of all ages and build an inclusive environment for all players has been awesome to watch. They focus on sportsmanship, teamwork and hard work just as much as they focus on the technical aspect of baseball, which to me as a customer (and father), are more important life skills than strictly baseball. Finally, you better show up to work in the gym, but they are always smiling and having fun with the kids. Such an amazing environment for all kids and I would highly recommend it to kids of all ages.

I have been blessed with the greatest opportunity of working with Cordell Greene and training in his facility. Since the age of 10, Cordell has been not just a Coach to me but also a mentor. He spent a lot of time and effort finding fields and organizing lessons for my development. The new facility he has created is nothing short of the best. From all the baseball tools you could ever need to a full gym set up. The coaching staff whether it be for baseball or lifting is one of the things I find most valuable. The extensive careers of the coaches as well as the knowledge and ability to teach it make development easier, faster, and more meaningful. It is without a doubt that this facility and atmosphere is the best I have had the pleasure of being part of and is a big part in how I was able to begin my college baseball career. Cordell wants the best for everyone one of his athletes and is always willing to help them especially when it comes to college recruiting. With the great facility, equipment, and staff help, they helped me create film and data that I could send to college coaches. If you are serious about development, metrics, or playing at the next level, there is no better place to train at than under the guidance of Cordell, his staff, and in the facility.

My son has been a regular for a few years now. He absolutely loves it. He has seen great improvement hitting and pitching by applying their methodology and technique. Cordell and Toly challenge these kids to work hard, focus on mechanics and improve their performance. At the same time, they create a unique experience for them to want to spend more time here as they see the results but also enjoy every session. Their approach keeps everybody engaged and they track their results and provide guidance based on their performance with their respective teams. Cordell has been constantly adding new equipment and improving the facility for baseball drills, workout and recovery. I highly recommend to give it a try for a few sessions and experience it first hand.

I have been training with Cordell for 9 years, he is LEGIT and knows his stuff, he obsesses over every aspect that is needed and much more that is not taught by other Coaches/trainers. Cordells facility is the best facility I have ever been to and I have been to plenty, he has more than you need to succeed and has tools and equipment that can help take you to the next level and be the best ball player you can be. The energy in the facility is like no other, everyone is very outgoing and wants to get each other better and a lot of high level ball players in there as well Pro-ball players, high level College athletes, and some of the highest ranked recruits. Highly recommended this place.

I took my son from California to Kirkland to do a 5 day intensive training with Cordell in December. It was a great experience for my son to work out with him and others who make the place a home for those who are serious about improving their game in all aspects. We left feeling well supported, with the help of a weight training and meal program too. Cordell worked hard to give my son got the personalized feedback and lots of video review!

NBP is the real deal. Facilities legit, Cordell and team run a great program. My son saw huge improvement with just 5 sessions, better then anything I've seen in the past. Coach Toly took the time to really break everything down, strong recap, with stretch goals in between trainings. Definitely continuing. Well done guys.

My little brother has been working with Cordell for a year now. He has vastly improved in every aspect of the game. Cordell has a great attitude and relates well to the players and he truly cares about his students. He is a great baseball trainer, Truly a great role model for young boys. I highly recommend this gym.

The Natural Ballplayer has been one of the best facilities I have used as a cricketer in the PNW area. The facility provides some of the best equipment for speed tracking and the gym in-house is an added bonus. The quality of the turf is also exceptional. Overall, one of the best places to play cricket.

My son loves to go here for training!! The environment is fun, and the trainers have a great way of working with the athletes to help them grow! Cordell is dedicated to his athletes and goes above and beyond to create a program in which kids can accelerate their skills.

NBP is a top notch baseball training facility. We have been with Cordell since before he opened his facility in Kirkland. His vision of what he has created is impeccable! With that said, if your son has the drive to become a better baseball player, this is the place for him. Cordell creates a great atmosphere, it’s all personally catered technical advice for the player to become a better baseball player, with added dashes of humor to maintain a good balanced environment. The proof is there that his program works! Our sons batting averages have continued climb and their pitching speeds have steadily increased over time. Cordell has a very safe strength and conditioning program for young players. Lastly, I can confidently say, our sons would not be where they are today in their baseball development if it weren’t for Cordell and Toly. It is an investment, and money very well spent. I’m excited to see the future for Cordell and Co. and the continued development of our sons’ baseball skills.

Hands down, one of the best sports training facility in town. Includes all amenities that your training requires! Well maintained, great and consistent improvements to property, plenty parking, outdoor practice space, including body recovery equipments. Our group thoroughly enjoys this facility every week and we are proud to call this place as “The home of twelves cricket club!”

TOP NOTCH: Coaches/Trainers/Team Facility Equipments Programs Both my sons have been training with Cordell for many years and I can speak with confidence that both my sons have progressed in their bb skills & levels- physically and mentally. Cordell and Toly are high energy, fun, friendly and positive trainers/coaches. They make the atmosphere welcoming that the players and even the parents feel comfortable and wants to come back. Cordell and team teaches in a way that’s fun and energetic, but also with honesty and firmness. They really show that they care for the players and for their progress and developments. Great facility with great technology to help players take their game to the next level.
